You're a DAAT, this drivel must have cost some serious money that should have been spent on drug treatment and education for the people of Oxfordshire not on producing ignorantly cobbled together rubbish like this. Even if it was produced for free (ignoring publicly funded meetings) you have a public duty to put out factual information that leads to a decrease in drug harm not churn out moralistic crap like this that will benefit no one except the idiot who approved it.
