Laura is such a mixture of a feisty strong woman and a dutiful little girl! She fights Luke tooth and nail but she does just what he says. What an interesting, contradictory, genuine character!

Wow - I didn't know the song "Stand By Your Man" was older than me! I thought it was so cute that Laura was humming and singing it in the shower at Luke's request! It's also the little details that were incorporated in scenes that makes me love this couple!

Yes, all those details and reference to the past, and the couples history used to be used all of the time. It certainly made them more "real" in your mind.
