How to manage email conversations in Gmail

• Log in to Gmail account.
• Check the conversations you want to manage. There are some pre-built properties for it.
• Read and Unread tab will select the unread conversations.
• Starring option can be done for the important conversations. Starred and Unstarred option can be chosen to star or unstar any item respectively.
• Click on More Actions tab and select the other options like, marking a mail as unread, adding to tasks, removing star, filtering messages and mute.
• Archive option is used to archive the conversations and they will be no longer visible in the inbox. Archived conversations can be moved to Inbox by clicking on Move to Inbox.
• If you wish to delete a message from any folder, you can select it and click on Trash button. Deleted conversions will move to trash, but for permanent removal, go to Trash label, select the conversations for permanent removal and click on Delete Forever button. Remember, conversations in trash will be automatically cleared after 30 days.
• For any unwanted emails to appear in inbox, check on it and click on Report Spam option. Messages in trash will also appear cleared after 30 days. You can click on Not Spam option to get the conversation out of spam folder.
