The big flaw here is that the sandwiches mentioned in this video are tuna, pepperoni, salami, and chicken teriyaki. The chicken teriyaki is the only one of those three that is even remotely healthy. The tuna and spicy italian are two of the most fat packed sandwiches subway offers.
