  • Just for your info. There was no frame cutting made and its currently swapped back to a 750hp original 4.3 that came in it. I even used the original motor mounts and holes on the frame to put it back. You would never even know it had a V8 in it :) I am not a hack and cut type of guy. :)

  • Its AWD. I took out the front prop shaft because they Dyno is only for one set of wheels. Pops back in in as little as 5 minutes. :)

  • This is my truck, It hooks up fine on the street. It has a progressive controller in it so I can make it hook up anywhere :) I am running 275's in the front and 315's in the rears. Hows 2.2 seconds to 60 and under 5 seconds to 100 sound :) This is on street tires and pump gas also.

  • Why would you tear apart a collectors item and stuff a small block turbo in it? Buy a cheap s10/s15

  • @ArMyStRoNg2003 Its AWD still. I never even cut out the stock V6 mounts. I made a plate to go over them so I could bolt the 4.3 V6 back in if I wanted to. Its harder than you think to buy a cheap S-10 thats AWD and sets low with the right suspension on it and all the cladding etc. You would have a lot more in it than just buying a Syclone with a blown motor and doing what I did.

  • This was the first time the syclone has been on the dyno with the new motor. We started tuning at base boost ( 12 PSI ) and 13* timing. We are going to start adding boost and timing here today/tomorrow and see where it goes :) I will keep you posted.

  • "Hows 2.2 seconds to 60 and under 5 seconds to 100 sound :) This is on street tires and pump gas also." Such over-exagerated HORSESHIT. Under 3 seconds to 60, then 2 seconds later to do 40 MORE Mph. On pump gas. Street tyres. My friend, if you had that formula, then drag racing needs your expertise STAT! The drag races would be running well over 400+Mph without blinking.

  • An the Ariel Atom, which is WAY lighter an overpowered, power-to-weight, barely clears 2.5 secs to 60. Such BS! I like the vid, way cool, as I love early-late model S10's....but this explaination is frankly offensive.

  • Rear bumper hasn't been painted...hood cowl. C'mon. Fake as all get-out. Were you to tell me it was a MODIFIED original, then, ya....OUTSTANDING job, wish it were mine. An no, the front shaft CANNOT be installed/removed/reinstalled in "5 minutes". Quick change rear-ends can't change cogs that fast without a full team on it.

  • So, in response to those that say it's still an original. So is a friend/brother/relatives "original" '68 Charger...but the original motor isn't in it....or the trans...,an he/she/them added a line-lock for burnouts...so what it has somewhat proper cladding. What, you can't dupe a COPO Camaro with plastic cladding? Badges are cheaper than OEM.

  • @Syclone2910 I wan to see this alleged 750hp original. Dyno that...less than the factory 260+, I gather.

  • @Syclone2910 I like the truck. I do. But please don't be a troll against us petrol-heads. It's just too shameful.

  • @muttbone01 2.2 to 60? Under 6 secs to 100...I've been duped. I'm sorry all, I have been had. My bad. ;) I bought it, an argued....my appologies, my brothers! LMFAO

  • @muttbone01 IF you got 750hp out a V6 4.3, I would LOVE to see the stall converter stats for it. Not to mention the torque stress on the open-box chassis. Or the rear end. Or the extensive trans-cage mods to allow such on an open-class 1/8 or 1/4 mile track.

Still love on the truck, drinking the Hate-o-Rade on the BS.

  • @Syclone2910 Not hating at all though. Just don't advertise what isn't. Still an impressive truck. Actually pretty sick. I'd love to see how you managed to hook up on a track though. ;) Live axle with over 300rwhp...good luck.

  • @Syclone2910 That is also not the boost of originality. The Syclone didn't spool like that at all an the wastegate was factory retarded. Add an H or X pipe....bogus.
