Palamatic Box Palletiser

Demonstration of a Palamatic Vacuum Lifter, showing the ease and speed at which a manual handling task can be undertaken using vacuum lifters. The operator is under no risk of injury through poor lifting practices and the payload (in this case cardboard cartons, sealed with a tape strip across the top) are in no danger of being damaged. The operator is able to maintain a relatively high operating speed for a much longer period of time, as all of the stresses and strains of manual handling have been removed by the vacuum lifter and the correct implementation of crane system (in this case an overhead aluminium bridge crane - not shown).

The lift and lower operations are simply performed at the finger tips using Palamatics vacuum control valve.

Training can take as little as 5mins to become fluent in operation. Once installed, customers and operators alike never want to be without their vacuum lifter.

Maintenance and service is also easy to undertake and low in general running costs.
