An instant Classic for interval training. The fogging on the camera lens made the whole shot look ethereal like you were about to launch into another dimension. Thanks for not swearing.

I was tense for the whole “build-up” of the video... and by the end, I was left out of breath and exhausted!
I was intrigued with the subtle movements at first... later riveted by the Audio. Sounds were increasing, both in (rhythmic and tonal) frequency and volume... and new sounds joining in, all continue to increase in frequency and volume. Attention was taken back to the video, as the nostrils flair and more muscles are recruited into the effort. WOW!
