The Voronezh-DM is an energy-efficient, long-range surveillance radar designed to track ballistic missiles at ranges of up to 4,000 kilometers. Armavir, in Krasnodar region Southern Russia, is the first site equipped with the Voronezh-DM radar system. It was put on combat duty on February 26, 2009, replacing early warning radar sites in Mukachevo and Sevastopol, both in Ukraine.

It is very sad, that young and smart people are leving they countries. But many of them are coming back, because living in USA they became worst.
