We recorded some of the second week of Albany Ultimate Frisbee Summer Social League. We being Seal Team 6 wearing the gold jerseys. We played against Deadliest Catch in light blue and Nerf Headshot in Red. This video was originally shot to be instructional so we can see how we're doing, where we need improvement, etc. And of course I got so backlogged with my video editing, I didn't get to it until the season was over. But I still had the footage, so may as well upload everything that was shot with a few comments that may or may not be helpful.
