The public complaints standing committee says it wants to be identified as an independent body in the draft constitution. Ombudsman chairman ambassador James Simani said the body needs to be allowed to freely carry out investigations on any acts and omissions in the public administration that is alleged to be prejudicial. Simani was speaking during the release of the first quarterly complaint report that stated the Kenya police still ranked lowest in the non responsive public institutions in the country.

  • he does not understand what a constitution is. you are talking about police reforms , responsibilities, accountability and overall management of police. you need to be talking to commission on police reforms sir. i am sorry but you are confused. even the lady on the left is saying what?

  • @chaimoto Haha. My compliments exactly. No narration, no lead up and follow up, just some guy talking out of his arse.

  • Simani, from the video I can see you have teeth. How many more do you think your mouth can accomodate? Well, not at the expense of the tax payers, got it? However, if you are looking for presecuterial powers then you really don't understand your call and with such a stagering lack of understanding you do not deserve your position
