hm. I noticed before that when the Xylophones came down. It said Nintendo. But in the Xbox 360 version when you buy the game on it. it is changed to Microsoft on the Xylophones. Good catch by Microsoft and Rare

Sorry, but those assholes at Microsoft bought Rare and all it's characters (excluding Donkey Kong Series) so there will never be Banjo in Smash Bros. nor will there be another Banjo-Kazooie game on Nintendo consoles.
