Everyone watching this program is siding with the 'bad' guys' but Avon Barksdale's character represents the real drug kingpins that destroyed many of B-mores communities and families with the drug epidemic that hit in the 80s. If youre from here and are over the age of 35 or so youll actually remember how nice it was back in the day compared to how it is now in certain areas.
