when u install cutout, do u lose preformance when closed?

It gained 15whp on the dyno with the cutout open. However the cutout always leaked, so even with it closed it was making more power than before it was installed.

There was no snow on the road in this video guys... but there was some road salt.
So the story goes, my car was off the road for the winter when one of my neighbors called the cops and reported me for having an unregistered vehicle on the property. So I put it back on the road and made this video, ripping around the neighborhood in the middle of the night with the cutout open. LOL

It's an Innovate XD-1 AFR gauge connected to an LC-1 wideband.

Um I've had a half a dozen CELs to deal with, but I think the one I had when I made this clip was an overboost CEL. The car has no CELs now.
