The crash of the Lvov Ukraine SU-27 in the middle of the video is very scaring!

I've seen the F-18 and A-4 incident at 1:50 video many times before, but just realized that it looks like if the A-4 pilot just stayed wings level, that tank/ordinance released looks like it would have passed harmlessly over his wing, making it a cool bar story instead of a near fatal accident. But who would have known?

@justforever96 yeah I guess I should have known a bit better that it's not a hercules haha seeing as my grandfather is a pilot. But man its heartbreaking to see how the simplest mistakes can have such devastating consequences. My grandfather is EXTREMELY strict on everything before takeoff and maintains his little cessna 150 all the time which is something I'm grateful for considering he's always taking his grandkids up.

CONTINUED! To many people (myself included), it looks like the A-4 is ABOVE the Hornet. In truth, the Skyhawk is slightly BELOW and BEHIND the F/A-18, but since it's so small it's hard to tell (I've seen footage taken from the Hornet itself) They were doing drop tests of an un-armed bomb, and it was caught in the airflow and struck the Skyhawk's right wing (and I always thought those tests were a waste of time!). Luckily, the crew ejected right before they hit the water, and both survived.

There is a pretty accurate fake vid of the Caribou crash, but I think that this is the real one. Happened at Gimli Airport? That F7U Cutlass ramp strike was on the USS Hancock, 1955, and killed 4...the pilot, and 3 others, including a photographers mate. I wonder if that was the guy running the camera? The F-100 is 2 vids of the same incident...one is reversed. It was an emergency landing at Edwards AFB, and only caught on film because cameras were set up for some other test. Wiki "Sabre dance".

@ThaWhiteMaori The types are listed in the info, box, so it shouldn't be too hard to tell. It's nothing like a Hercules...a C-130 is a 4-engine cargo plane. That plane is a modified 2-engine DH-4 Caribou. It was a father and son, taking 1st post-modification flight. Forgot to remove the 'gust locks' from controls, and so it was locked into it's climb after take-off. I think this is the real film, but there's a fake too.Tragic indeed...that's why it's ESSENTIAL to check EVERYTHING before takeoff.

This is so sad to watch. That hercules near the start (i think its a hercules)-i dont what that pilot was thinking pulling up that hard..

I saw this one video, Its on a different webiste, but if was so horrific! similar to I believe the crash at 1:24 or something like it. LOTS of people died....
