自己都試過晒片中以上練習, 不過大體上覺得無咩用.
自學游水, 頸4個月, 已經可以做過晒片中 1-10.
這個影片用途不大的原因, 在於沒重點訓練平衝, 抑或踢水. 在中間兩頭唔到岸.
如果是要練平衡, 那大概就大腿夾 A 字板練習, 才算足夠. 賴以腳踢去平衡及推進, 對自己太寬鬆, 訓練不到平衡外, 更訓練不到須用力推水下之平衡 ;
如果是練踢腳, 那, 這個, 亦練不到爆發式需要的力量, 而長距離型亦根本不用踢水, 變相這程度的踢水練習, 完全沒有意義.
