I have a question in regards to the first two exercises. do you have anything that would do the same for the core but does require knee bending. I destroyed the cartilage in my knees when i was in the military and full squats are pretty much impossible now, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

@paintednaomi No definitely not. Fat burning exercises and Muscle Building exercises are completely different things. Exercises that use lots of energy like running, and other full body exercises will get rid of fat. Weight training will be the only thing that will give you noticeable muscle. (ab exercises like sit-ups don't get rid of fat, they just tone the muscle underneath it.)

I've got a question about the first exercise you do there.
When you go down your feet stay on the ground 100%.
But i can't get very far down before i have to lift my heel.
does it matter at all, if my feet is 100% on the ground or if i lift my heel??
Thanks for your exercises mate, after i lost alot of pounds im ready to do some exercises, but i need to get them right.
If you want to train the "whole core" as you put it, don't you need to do more than stabilization exercises. Wouldn't you want to include flexion, rotation, lateral flexion?

Certainly. These exercises focus on "dynamic stability" while helping your burn more calories by involving more muscles.
