Thank you for your interest in Wet Your Stick. You Are correct, this is a 3 piece electronic cigarette. The title states "two piece cartridge". We consider this cartridge a two piece cartridge due to the fact that it consists of a "cartridge" inside of a mouth piece. When we say two piece, we are referring to the cartridge, not the e-cig.

I have 5 refil cartridged but they all have these plastic lids with like liquid in them how do i get the liquid out and place it in my empty cartridge?

I have a M401, but it doesn't come with the white plugin, and my refill cartridge has a foil covering, doesn't have any wool wicking or whatever. What now?

my interior part is smaller and it doesn't have that wool inside...if i put liquid inside it drips out... what knd of wool can i put in there?
