This is really an experiment in Stereo vision video.
It requires Freeview Parallel viewing to work.
Remember those Magic-Eye pics where you have to gaze through the picture and it comes to life, well do the same here and you will see Tie Your Mother Down played in 3D! A first I think :-)
Do NOT cross your eyes, gaze through until the two images merge to produce the stereo 3rd image in the centre.
This was inspired by Brian May who loves 3D photography.
If feedback is good I'll try some more!
The video quality is bad for some reason - I need to get to the bottom of that...

  • Left and right are about max I can handle with free viewing. I prefer slightly closer together. Nice though. And great guitar! Thanks!

  • Glad you got it to work, cheers...

  • I like it, your vids are allways easy to follow even tho you play at normal speed here. Thank you :)

  • Thanks - this is just a 3D test really - I'm going to upload with tab shortly.

  • your video helps me learn it by seeing it,....but can you also just list what chords they are?? or just a brief summary in text of what your doing. i love your vids but this would help me learn so much. thanks! keep on rocking!

  • I'm going to re-do this as a proper lesson, this was just a 3D experiment. Cheers....

  • @classicrockriffs what amp do you play? sound so awesome thick and rockin', i love your sound!

  • awesome!!! fantastic idea, fantastic experience !!!!! Thank you.

  • It works (if you can get it fast enough) but you get lost if you try to follow the fingers, it's hard to keep the 3d effect and follow the action in the neck.

  • Loove your channel, and your '79 the paul .. Quick question: Do you use your amp or some sort of computer software (like guitar rig 4) for your videos. ?

  • It's easier if you watch it at some distance.

  • when you have large views like this its best to swap the slides around and have cross eyed viewing

  • Awesome

  • Pretty sure Brian would love this. Nice one.
