The club should NOT have allowed this morbidly obese dog to "run"! This is sick. The owners needed to be educated on the physical fitness of the animal. It hurts my joints and heart to watch this!

@dottieandbuddy You obviously don't know much about this breed. They are supposed to be very lean and very, very fast and agile. One needs only to look at other youtube videos to see this breed as they should be - not waddling across the field like this poor dog.

I like this video, it was well worth watching, the dog is adorable... he is pure muscle not fat.
Anyone who makes fun on the size of a person/ dog should be ashamed of themselves. Take a look at your life befor you all judge a person/dog.

This is absolutely disgusting! The owner should be kicked for letting her dog get as morbidly obese, as is she. And the field crew! Where were they? They are supposed to be a line of defense to keep unfit dogs from competing! Suppose this dog had a heart attack and died? This is beyond being an embarrassment to the sport. All who were there should be ashamed of themselves.

2. Shall consist of at least two persons, who shall inspect each entry for lameness, fitness to compete, bitches in season and breed disqualifications at roll call.
FITNESS TO COMPETE. take that as you will, but that is from the AKC rule book and your club failed miserably. This is an embarrassment to the sport.
