ok ppl...i want/need at least 7 comments before i put out Niley 7..last episode had only 1 comment..and thankyou for that 1 comment but i mean come on..im not gonna do these if ppl dont like them..=/

(the jonas' and the cyrus' come back from having ice cream and they find Nick and Miley kissing on the couch)
Mrs.Jonas:Nick!
Nick:....oh...uhh..Hi mom.
(awkward silence)
Billy Ray: I think everyone should go find something to do while Mr. and Mrs.Jonas and Tish and I talk for a while to Nick and Miley.
Joe: Fine by me. (nudges frankie and Kevin) Come on. Lets go throw around the football in the backyard.
Frankie: Come on Braden. You too!
(all the kids leave and so do Joe and Kevin.)
Nick: Let me explain.
Mrs.Jonas:Explain what Nick? That we come home finding you to making out or the fact that we didnt even know you to where dating again. Nick why didnt you tell me. Im your mother.
Nick: (head down) Sorry.
Miley: Look its my fault. I didnt want to tell anyone until we knew for sure we were going out.
Tish: How long have you two been going out?
Miley: Since they came down for Nanna's funeral.
Tish: It took you guys a week to figure out you two where dating?
(silence)
Billy Ray: Well we cant stop you two from dating..AGAIN...but we are gonna keep a close eye on you two..We have little kids in the house..We dont wanna see any of that. Got it!?!
Niley: Yeah..we understand..Sorry
(everyone leaves except Nick and Miley)
Nick: I cant believe your parents and mine just saw us making out..How embarressing
Miley:..I know..humiliating!
(both laugh)
Nick: hey Im gonna go talk to Joe for a minute. Catch up with you in the kitchen for sodas?
Miley: sounds like a plan.
(nick leans in for a kiss)
Billy Ray: *coughs loudly*
Nick: *looks up*..ohh uhh..sorry..
(nick leaves the room and goes find Joe)
Joe: So..I guess she made up a lie and you two are back together?
Nick: She didnt lie to me..or you. You just didnt see it right.
Joe: I did see her kissing another dude didnt I?
Nick: Yes..but there was a reason for that.
Joe: yeah and what was that?
(nick tells what miley told him and tries to convince him the truth about the kiss)
Nick: ...and thats what happened.
Joe:..wow..
Nick: I know. horr-
Joe: No now wow..I feel sorry for her, but wow, I cant believe she made up that story so fast and so thought out.
Nick: JOE! Why dont you belive her? Or me?
Joe: becuase she cheated on you and never told you about that kiss until you found out by someone else!
Nick: she tried to tell me..I just didnt listen.
Joe: And you forgave her just like that?!!
Nick: yes. I love her and she loves me.
Joe: You guys are 15! You dont know what love is!
Nick: And you do!
Joe: NO. but im not saying I do.
Nick: Your my brother why dont you just believe me.
Joe: I want to..but it just seems to fishy.
Nick: No I think your smelling the garbage behind you.
(Joe turned around and saw the garbage can and started to let out a little laugh)
Nick: Finally! A laugh from Joe Jonas..and not mad serious Joe..
Joe: *punches nick on the arm* Shutup..Ive just been distracted by all this.
Nick: So..do you believe me and Miley.
Joe: I dont know..
Nick: JOE!
JOe: ..but ill try..
Nick: thank you.
(Joes phone rang.)
Joe: Hello? Your on the phone with the most forgiving jonas brother.
Nick: Who's that?
Joe: *tlking to the person on the phone* Oh HI! Havnt talked to you in a-...hold on. *looks at nick* Can you give me some privacy?
Nick: who is it?
Joe: No one important.
Nick: whatever..im gonna go find Miley
talk to you later
Joe:*back on the phone* Okay. Im back!
How ya been?
???: Good. and you?
Joe: This whole Nashville thing started out lame..but its turning out ok. How was that Photoshoot?
???: OK..who knew smiling would tire a person out?
(both laugh)
Joe: well if your tired why did ya call me when you could be sleeping
(starts to make snoring noises)
???: *laughs* I had to talk to the cutest person I know.
Joe: aww is that me?
???: haha..yes! you dork!
Joe: Im so hurt..*sniffles*
???: ha ha funny..but hey I got to go..talk to you tomorrow?
Joe: for sure!
???: Love ya
Joe: Love you too!
(Kevin walks in from behind a chair he was hiding behind)
Kevin: Who was that?!
Joe: oh..uhh...
Kevin: You have a GF and you didnt tell me?
Joe: oh come on. I dont have to tell you everything.
Kevin: Uh yeah you do!
Joe: ok..Ill tell you but dont tell anybody!
Kevin: Ok spill it!
Joe: Do you remember that photoshoot with PopStar? And I said, WOW shes beautiful.
Kevin: Yeah?
Joe: Yeah well Im in love with..
