Colt Lyerla's Last Game

Well the best High School Athlete we have seen in Oregon went out with a Boom! It was 105 yards to the house which if/when added to his other yards means he was right at 300 yards of total offense.

Well I hope you understand that the Call was in error. The receiver was ineligible down field and the referees and had been flagged at the line of scrimmage. After the game officials issued apologies to the Spartans and the Players involved. The TD that Colt made was legal and should have put his team up by 11 with under 2 minutes. This call will go down as one of the worst calls of all time and is why rules are being reviewed now in the State of Oregon to allow a Coach to challenge a call.

actually i play on the team. we have access to a coaching film database called hudl that shows that the TE tackles the DB. and the TE was eneligible. the film on the website shows that too.
