  • @AlexDCl: 2 out of 3 falls. Big Daddy got one, Kendo got the rest.

  • He really was a handsome man and he obviously hated being unmasked. Great man of mystery and one hell of a wrestler! Wish somebody would interview him now in his retirement.

  • @RickstaRIIx - yes, I believe his real name is Peter Thornley, a former Judo champion.

  • 3 falls in 4 rounds?!

  • Fantastic remember watching this on Saturday Afternoon, as a kid at the time I thought it was proper fighting (How wrong was I).... Still good to watch though.

  • @kanenkitten I was big daddy loss a 3 man tag team match at Derby once. That was due to the fact no wrestler on the other tag team wolud face big daddy Giant haystacks was in the other tag team . This was not on tv

  • I remember my ex step dad telling me a story about Kendo being unmasked in a match and running fron the ring with his hands over his face, he says a female fan tried to grab him and he smashed her in the face with his elbow

  • AWESOME! Ha ha....lost his mask

  • @alanlovedog i would not say he sold that well as also tryed to take the spot light after the match, the only way he would lose was if he could take somthing from this match and that was kendos mask.

Big D is a legend, but he got what he wanted all the time

  • @Obelisk72

It IS the real Kendo. That was filmed at Solihull Civic Hall, I'm in the front row along with my Dad and his mate. Brings back memories, it was quite a revelation to find that clip on here!
