Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo remains adamant that Kenya is capable of prosecuting post-election violence suspects without the international criminal court. He, however, appeared to jumble up issues by stating that the government was only intent on complementing ICC efforts. Mutula says strengthened institutions occasioned by the new constitution will greatly increase the country's ability to handle the cases.

  • New constitution or not, I will only believe these people if they have started prosecuting Goldenburg and Anglo-leasing....

  • I agree with Mutula. We have a new constitution and if this new constitution cannot handle post election violence, it is as useless as the old one.

  • He is a rub--me-back-we-play politician. 2012 is a major preoccupation now. Eldoret n Naivasha PEV massacres? IDPs? tht is water under the bridge.
