Fantastic goal. Barnsey was one of the all time greats. Bit depressing to hear the monkey chants as he sprints down the wing though. Glad times have changed!

I was there! Great day and Argyle should have won, that was the only time in the game Barnes got past Gordon Nisbet.

First time I've ever seen this goal after only 24 years... I was on a German exchange at the time following it on World Service radio; probably just as well, I'd have crapped myself on the terraces...
