It was not tampered with - go read the NY times article on Tommy Morrison, they did their own research into this case, hired and AIDS EXPERT - who concluded that based on Tommy morrison's blood results he never had AIDS. Although they did find HIV antibodies in his blood, they couldn't find it in his RNA - therefore thats a false positive. Google Tommy Morrison and NY times and find out for yourself.
