She is not high, I dont believ for a second that Dawn would EVER do drugs NEVER she is just not that kind of person, she does however look very tired she was in the middle of a tour when doing this interview so no wonder she looks so tired, but drugs???? NO WAY

Yeah the interview was done very late, sometime around 12 midnite and she was in the middle of a promo run.

Just for clarification, she wasn't on drugs and she's very nice as well.
