@flyboyfx Unfortunately I think so. The retracts look really nice! It would be great to have an after market beef up kit maybe. Such a nice RC model and they drop the ball with the gear strength.

Yea, the landing gear sucks so far... definatly needs another look by Hobbico. I did some mods, and if the work I might have to do a video.

@vetitoe362 I maidened the plane today - no issues with the gear, yet! I'm on a grass strip and it seemed to hold up well. Time will tell!

@briguy99 Well I hope my problems were more a fluke than anything. You must have some short short grass, because I tried that and the tail would lift off the ground while it was sitting still, and that was it!

@vetitoe362 The grass isn't too short, it gets cut every week though. There is a thread on RCG that suggests a landing gear mod as well.

very nice review, good work man, i just wonder, the plane looks a lot like the hype version of the FW190 to me, are they the same?
