Ray Lopez works with East Harlem, N.Y., residents to help combat environmental conditions affecting their health, including insect infestation, mold and poor air quality. He helps families control asthma triggers in their homes, reducing costly emergency room visits and school absences. Ray Lopez was honored as an RWJF Community Health Leader in 2008.
