this is off Piedmont and Berryessa Rds so i'm assuming this was Engine Co. 19 but that's not their engine.. it looks like a reserve engine. there's a possibility that this is still Engine Co. 19 during wildfire season, they always switch their usual Red Engines to YellowGreen Engines every summer-fall
