First attempt at iMovie, so couldn't resist the transitions and big horned sheep "picture in picture". Special thanks to Geoff Fifield, lead singer of The Contact, for permission to use Wake Up from the band's '07 second album Canvas Tears. Here's a bit of the vision behind my first book "Clairvaux Manifesto: a personal odyssey of spirituality at work." Near the end of the vid I mention abbeys of prayer and work. The motto of the early Benedictines and Cistercians was Ora et Labora (prayer and work).
