Drake - So Far Gone

2008 saw the release of Heartbreak Drake, which lead Drake to release his current mixtape in 2009, So Far Gone which features, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Trey Songs, and Mr. West. Drake has also written for all the top producers such as Dr. Dre and Mr. Cartier.
What is the most appealing about Drake’s success story is that he was able to do all of this without the help of a record label. Now, every label under the sun if vying to sign him for U.S. distribution, including Island Def Jam, Atlantic, Warner/Chappell and Bad Boy Records. He is currently signed to ATF in Canada
