this pedal can do whatever distortion you want if you have the patience to learn how to use it. i can get overdrive (hendrix), epic solo (van halen), metal (metallica to cannibal corpse), classic (ac dc to led zeppelin), a crispy punk sound (pennywise), classic punk (sex pistols, ramones), modern/alternative punk (green day), the only thing it cant do is like a cool chill blues setting.
