@tushygalore I had the feeling of suffocating so bad when I was doing the test they gave me the one that just covers my nose. Then of course my mouth opens. I'm still tired even with the c-pap. I think I would do better with a whole mask...but do to some trauma in my younger years I'm not sure I can. I just know the whole thing takes some getting used too. Good to hear yours is getting better. I know this vid was from a year ago, but they are timeless.

Hi, thank you for posting this video. When I have my cpap mask on, my boyfriend calls me Darth Vader, lol. But I really love it and the mask is awsome and is a lifesaver., take care

I also have severe sleep apnea and I was also using an oxygen machine at night. Then I went from having all that to nothing because I lost my insurance. I started a new job everything was good. Started not feeling good again. Found out my Hep.c is back had to do treatment for a year. Too hard to work doing that treatment things have gone from bad to worse. I 'm finally going to get some help. Get the c-pap back. I wake up with cluster headaches when I don't have it. It;s been awhile.BLAH

@debthebeader I miss my CPAP but the mouth piece is a lot simpler, easier to sleep with and helps (better than nothing for sure!) I wish you the best with yours... seems there's no simple fix for sleep apnea.

loosen the straps, it shoudn't hurt.

If I loosen them too much I get leakage into my eyes. I found a solution to the problem though, I pold up a soft finger towel and place it betweem my forehead and the mask, works like a charm!
