Bon Scott was sacrificed and the current lead singer and the older brother of malcom and angus planned it all!! Bon wanted to go out and do blues he was tired of the school boy suits and nonsense! Ther es a youtube clip of a interview of Bon and you can see it and hear it in his voice he was very smart and not a total party hound like the music industry would have you believe

In 1974 and before, AC*DC was nothing- Just your average garage band of crappy musicians.
I wonder what happened in 1975, when they suddenly started playing like this? The only thing that changed is Bon Scott...but would the addition of Bon Scott cause the guys to suddenly start PLAYING 100 times better?
