@ladycordelia17 I think because the writers of the JL/JLU did their homework and didnt want to make any of the mistakes the writers of the 70's and 80's did who really popped out fast stories that didnt have anything to do with the cannon which means alot to fans. Trust me about this.

@Cavillier1970 - I saw that one myself, and I remember that Superman was asleep and suffering the nightmare in both episodes. But in the new one, he loses control of his powers (resulting in him killing a lot of his close friends by accident), whereas here (as we see) he gets surrounded by kryptonite no matter how he tries to get away. Why the difference in the two, I wonder?

Pretty stupid of Superman to tear the thing apart. Don't the words "for crimes against the galaxy" suggest that it should be left alone? But of course if he did that, this would be a short story.

never saw ths before, the justice league episode with dr. destint was a lot better where the nightmare of the JL were shown. And how Batman showed he'll never give up. Besides we know his nightmares consist of his parents' murders.
