Integromics SeqSolve on TIBCO Spotfire

In this webinar, we will first explore the RNA-seq analysis portfolio provided by this simple yet advanced turn-key solution for profiling the landscape of transcriptomic data: easy data processing with the Click And Go® system, automatic tertiary Quality Controls, reads browsing with the IGV, reads characterization, assignment to genomic regions, coverage within exons and transcripts, read density over genomic sites and statistics for differential gene expression.
