A person "perfectly possessed" gives no outward indication and no hint of the demonic residing within. In other words it's not like we see in movies like the Exorcist. I have heard Malachi Martin describe someone like Bill Clinton as someone perfectly possessed. Coincidentally I heard Alan Watt mention Martin this week in a different context and I came across this info in a search of Malachi Martin and the NWO
This reminds me a little of what Malachi Martin describes as perfect possession. I understand that is not quite what you are saying. However he describes the process in a way not so dissimilar to what you are saying. This control or possession as he describes affects the two faculties of the soul: the mind and the will. The mind is the process by which an individual receives and internalizes knowledge. The will is process by which which an individual chooses to act upon that knowledge.
Audio is really difficult to hear in this broadcast. Earthica Star is a good friend of mine and she showed me your site. Nice beard Bro!

What I like most about you? Truly, on the level here - you do not offer HOPE!
Hope, the drug of choice of the establishment.
Hope, the opium, the dope that keeps us trapped.
Thank you for offering no hope sir!
