I'm going on five months and this is nearly exactly how I feel..i even have pink eye or the irritation, the dr said it isn't pink eye..its possibly allergies..but I bet it's a cold..because lord do I get them all the time now! I know the medicine is working I stay pumped because I know that but I might have to be on it seven months..i still have breakouts just a few not near as bad. But I thought this chick felt just like I am now lol

Hey, I just started accutane. I live in Canada so we have the actual stuff. I guess it hasn't been pulled off the market here. So anyway, I was watching your other vids and I noticed you used lipgloss instead of lip balm. I asked my doc about this when I first started and he said that lipgloss is shiny and it will draw the sun in. I dunno, but he said that lipgloss makes you more likely to get a sunburn. Just a thought. Also, thanks for all your great tips! They have helped a lot!!!

your time on accutane must not be fun with the cold. On the other hand you are half way done and are on the home stretch.

i am in week 3 started with 40 mg and i asked to get 60 and now i can do 60mg, i wonder if it is not dangerous it is like so fast?

@singerlisa12 It's probably not dangerous if your dr let you. I started on 50mg and moved all the way up to 100mg

I got those peely patches on my face too. My mom would be like "stop picking!!!" and I was like "mom, i'm not going to leave this chunk of dry skin hanging off my face!" Haha. You should try Neutrogena Intensified Day Moisture...I switched to that when I was on 80 mg because your dryness increases soooo much and it was like a heavenly moisturizer, and has SPF in it. It comes in a tub in a box, I think I got it at Walmart.
