On the Mystery Guest Game Show, the contestants (Cookie Monster, Sherlock Hemlock and Don Music) try to guess who the mystery letter of the alphabet is.
I didn't know that Sherlock was in skits where he demonstrated the sounds of other letters. On Muppet Wiki I was only able to find that Sherlock was nicknamed as "The Royal Smart Person" in the "Caveman Days" skits (this is when he's not doing his detective work). The other thing I found on Muppet Wiki was that Sherlock starred in the Mysterious Theater skits.
The other thing I know that's not on Muppet Wiki is that, Sherlock was in a Muppet/Kid moment skit with Bert and John-John.
Well, Sherlock may have sung about the Letter X, but that's not the only letter he ever thinks about. I've read on Muppet Wiki about clips where he demonstrates the sounds of other letters. Furthermore, Cookie and Don had no real basis to think that the guest was M or O just because they were partial to those letters.
Besides, Sherlock started to say "I will solve..." then stopped thinking maybe that was the clue.
Whoa, TWO Orange-Gold AMs?!? I wonder if either of them was a more permanent puppet and which one was generic.

And he's also what you'd see on railroad crossing signs, and is used as a symbol for when there's danger.

Don Music and Guy...Lol.
"THE EVER SMILING DON MUSIC!" Nice little hint that they're the same puppet.

I wish real talk show hosts were ever this enthusiastic... The closest one might be Mark Summers.
