  • sometimes u think of suicide to rest :(

  • @PurpleGurl1200 u are not alone :( i dont know what cause it and whats fix to it

  • @pplsuq Laughing really hard last night gave me the worst asthma attack ever. I really think I would have died if I hadn't taken something. I don't have an inhaler--I take 600 mg of N-acetyl cysteine, a vitamin C tablet, and also chew up 200 mg of magnesium citrate. This clears up the attacks within 20 minutes. I can't afford Doctors and don't like prescriptions. I am thinking the cause of asthma is iodine deficiency.

  • My step brother used to have asthma when he was 9 yrs old, and by the time he was 14 he lost his asthma, weird isnt it?

  • I was born with asthma, and as a child I was being treated daily with an inhaler. As I got older my doctor noticed my symptoms were going away so he took me off of the medication. Knowing that asthma is a lifetime disease scares me because I can have an attack at any time and not have an inhaler to help me!!!

  • Born with athsma. Had an attack today.

  • @PurpleGurl1200 SO VERY TRUE! It's evil!

  • OMG This is really helping thanks a lot !

when i think back , the abs exercises that i always do every night before i go to sleep must be the causes , no more abs exercise for every night after this

i rather see my stomach fat then getting a fucking asthma
