UK Student Richard O'Dwyer is being extradited to the United States to face USA Courts under ACTA for just LINKING to copyrighted material on his webpage TVShack.net The USA is using an extradition treay intended to be used for terrorist to bring England Resident Richard O'Dwyer to America to be imprisoned for copyright infringement for what he did on his TVShack.net site in spite of the Fact that he broke no UK / England Laws and has never been to the USA.
