This staff and runes are definitely worth it at the current prices that I see.

Minimum = 5 * (Mage Level - 77)
Maximum = 5 * (Mage Level - 45)

Can I use this spell and hit 400s at cb 62??

@juppan You need to do a LOT of quests which also mean you'll get defence.

@juppan Let me explain some things real quick, coming from a pro account maker. If you plan on pking at 62-66 combat, Dont. Your account is useless. You need at least 13 prayer (dont kid urself with 1 pray), to balance ur melee and range with ur magic level, because at the moment, your melee is extremely weak and missing a lot of levels. Your hp is too low. And if you're asking if you can use soa at 62combat, take a long long read of an rs databases, and learn2rs.
