We get a lot of questions about the recording setup we used on this video. It's simple: Two OSP STM-1300 mics, straight into the camera's mic inputs. One was used as Brad's vocal mic and the other one was positioned in front of the his guitar. To demonstrate the pickups, we placed the mic in front of the guitar amp. You can see more details about the microphones at
http://www.siglermusiconline.com/store/pc/showsearchresults.asp?pageStyle=H&a...
Host Chris Ward was using an OSP HS-09 earset mic. You can find more details about that product at http://www.siglermusiconline.com/store/pc/HS-09-EarSet-Headworn-Microphone-49...

Brad's gear in this video includes the Takamine TF430SS Acoustic Electric Guitar & a Genz Benz Shenandoah Pro LT Acoustic Guitar Amp. For more information about Brad Davis, you can visit his site at http://www.braddavismusic.com/

  • @Gatormon Japan

  • @aldobu1990 I forgot until you brought that up, and what fender did was they bought out Kaman music, which distributes tak everywhere in the world, but Takamine is still separate(sorry for the confusion everyone, I heard a rumor from my teacher, which was over exaggerated because he's a Taylor fanboy)

  • @Narutoxbleach503 why fender bought takamine??

  • @aldobu1990 I got my EF340S a month before Fender bought tak.

  • @Narutoxbleach503 fuck fender.... well my ef360sc is made in japan :D

  • @aldobu1990 all GOOD Takamines are but unfortunatly Fender bought a portion of their company so it's hard to find a good new one know, the T series are the last good takamine guitars(unless you get lucky)

  • I won one of these and it is amazing, I have never wanted another instrument since, you can do anything with them.

  • Not all Takamines are made in Japan. The best ones are, but there are models made in Koreea and China. But the professional ones are made in Japan

  • Lovely open sound! Thanks for the demo, you guys rock!

  • @siglermusic ALL TAKMINES ARE MADE IN JAPAN RIGHT?
