@ITSTRUTH4U Simply a self-induced abortion resulting in death.... Nothing more nothing less. Most coat hanger abortions and sometimes miscarriages take place on the toilet or in the shower.
While I do think your interpretation is interesting (very deep actually), I think you might have read a bit too much into the meaning of the song.
No way is this trying to be rude or disrespectful, I think the song is about a girl trying to abort her baby and dying in the process..
