I'm sorry but the reviewer is pretty clueless about this netbook. He thinks the Kensington Lock hole is for air to come out of and the screen is 8 inches, idiot.

You just hold the Fn button while pressing them, also the newer BIOS assigns F11 and F2 to z and n

Yeah, but do you know how much money that usb will cost??? It just makes sense to buy the $100 External drive.

You're right about it lacking an optical drive, but you can actually install the operating system from a USB stick.

There isn't an internal drive... unfortunately you have to buy an external one.

i have small hands and it still took me a good week or 2 to get used to it, but im sure if you tried hard enough could do it with big hands.

lol "a place for air to come out?" No, its a kensington lock slot. So you can lock down your PC in an office environment.
