  • Nope make these kids skillful to handle any situation that may arise. Not mono syllable with a syntax other then "chill" "kick" capich

  • It is not jobs it is skills. I watched many graduate from Burbank school system. Hi skool (school) (dip lo ma) for those whom can not read or write. True, I can introduce you to five adults they have graduated from hi school. But can not read what that diploma says. Freedom of choice "learn or burn" keep it up stir up the pot. "I had an english teacher who thought it was cool to watch movies insted of teaching students how to read and write."

  • PART 2: Antonio is right and has a great idea for accountability and transparency so should the district follow up with transparency so that the TAX Payer can regain faith in our wonderful Los Angeles School District? Our kids need your help.

  • PART 1:The Mayor is correct that the schools need to be accountable for their actions, so when will the accounting books from each school be available and be transparent including the school district books? Transparency will allow everyone to know where the money went and to whom? A copy of each check written should be visible and available to all Tax Payers so that we know where our TAX MONEY is spent?

  • But from a student teacher perspective, how many jobs are being lost? How many families are being affected? No more summer school? Now being owned by private companies? Who is this really benefiting? Teachers, students and other district workers are suffering. How is this a win?
