  • For fatloss would you recommend EATING fruit whole instead of juicing? THEN, juicing my greens like you do in this video? If I strictly juice everything and eat no FIBER will this slow down my fatloss? I am working out weights 3x's and walking 3x's a week. Thank you again, Dan!

  • I have that Omega juicer and I love it. Itz easy to clean not to mention the juice is nice and smooth!

  • can i juice if i am diabetic

  • you couldny afford to bring your kids down there but you could afford two itouches ?

  • Luv u dan but u gotta slow ur roll when u drink! Let ur saliva mix with ur juice! Peace and love ;)

  • living in sweden, in the wintertime I eat a lot of sprouts (sprouted seeds) - haven't been into juicing at all yet (thinking about throwing away so much of the vegetable). so my question to you - do you use sprouts in green drinks at all? benefits or why not?

to get green leafy stuff in the winter here, it needs long transportations that I am not comfortable supporting, so ... but feel very drawn to juicing right now

  • it would have been fun to watch you drink the green jouice, to see you enjoy it!

  • Dan - thanks for the idea of using collards. Our local farmers market has gorgeous looking collards ad mustard greens now but I never buy them because I didn't liked them cooked. Too bitter. Maybe I'll try raw juiced and see if I like them better. Have a wonderful New Year and thanks for the inspiration.
