Travis! What do ya think?! 5 rounds of 225lb deadlift and 135lb press! I was spent by the 8 min mark...lol I need to increase my loads! any suggestions?

So I see a lot of your videos, how many of these workouts do you do every day? Just want to make sure if I start doing these workouts that their is not other workouts i should be doing the same day as well.
