This is a tough little workout.

I'm calling this - "Half and Half"

10 Min AMRAP of:

1A) Deadlift x 2 reps
1B) Barbell Push Press x 4 reps

Load up the deadlift and what ever you use for that weight wise, you will do at least HALF as much for your push press.

For me, I did 405 lbs for the deadlifts and used 210 lbs for the push press.

My final score was 7 total rounds.
