In cartoons, whether it's a Harvey,Disney,M.G.M.,Hanna-Barberra,Warner Bros., or a Fleischer Cartoon, a lot of things can happen that don't make sense, for example, jaws dropping to the floor,eyes bugging out,long tongues, and inanimate objects getting up and walking around, and let's not forget animals that can talk. In other words it's a cartoon,you're not supposed to take it seriously.
