  • This is a very shallow dive and Im not using any weights - when I dive deep(70 - 90 meters) I would usually start slowing down on the kicks around 20 meters and totally stop around 30 - 35 meters(i think, im not using depth gauge to decide when I stop kicking)

The Kick and Glide technique is mostly used in Dynamic/horisontally freediving.

  • Dont your ears feel pain when you dive?

  • @holysinxx sorry for late reply...no pain - I equalise my ears...not hard to learn..

  • Great, that looks really good. Was it only 27 meters? It looks deeper.

  • Yes it is about 27 meters...a fun place to dive...

  • in which place at dahab ? Blue hole ?

  • Yes, Blue Hold, Dahab. Actually 100 meters North of Blue Hole. Pass the restaurents at Blue Hole and follow the path. Pass the memorial cliff and you're there.
